I rang to get an appointment with the Walloon dental because l had a tooth ache. I was not a patient, they got me an appointment the following day. I saw Dr GOA and he informed me what the problem was. He explained it thoroughly and he ensured l understood. Because of my medication he was not able to treat me, but gave me a referral to a specialist, who will be able to assist me. The girl at reception were very helpful as was the dental nurse. I appreciate all their assistance.Thanks

Sharing from my husbands account as I don’t have a google account, but I saw Dr Rob and his team today at Walloon Dental and I could not fault them. I have had such a fear of the dentist for many many years, and Rob and his team were so kind and reassuring during the whole appointment. The reception staff were also extremely helpful. They were also very accommodating regarding payment options.Thank you all for a great service, I can definitely say I am no longer fearful of the dentist and will continue to come back regularly 😊

Walloon Dental are great! Most of us don’t like going to the dentist, me included, but they are considerate and fast and you get to watch your fav show on TV as a distraction which really helps. Very friendly and I highly recommend giving them a tray. Thank you.

I know people probably don’t say this a lot about the dentist but Walloon Dental is phenomenal. The team work brilliantly together to provide the top level of care and professionalism. I initially was extremely impressed by the great level of customer service you receive when booking an appointment but this extends throughout the entirety of the visit. The reminder system is brilliant for busy lifestyles and they always go above and beyond to ensure your dental appointment is as pleasant as possible. Having had a terrible previous experience elsewhere I was quite nervous but my concerns were listened to, the dentist made me feel calm and relaxed and it was a completely different experience from my last Dental surgery. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful dental clinic with such a fantastic team and look forward to seeing them when it’s time for my appointments.

I can not recommend this surgery more!! Dr Rob was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old and Amy went above and beyond to occupy my daughter whilst I had my visit. She keeps asking to go back to the nice Dentists and Amy! Thank you team for making it such a pleasant and successful visit ❤️

Dr Hannah is absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and Kind. She listened to me about my sensitive teeth and made sure she gave me the best care concerning that. I cannot remember the dental assistants name but he was absolutely amazing as well, so gentle and informed me on everything going on. They both made me feel comfortable and were absolutely lovely and funny throughout the entire appointment.

At Walloon dental you are given a warm welcome from Katie at the desk. Andy and her team of assistances put emphasis at making you feel at ease ensuring you feel no discomfort or unease during your treatment. If you feel anxious about visiting the dentist and put off going, I highly recommend Wallooon Dental. The team really listen to you and endeavour to put your fears to rest. I have finally found a wonderful dentist that is the perfect fit for me.

This was the best experience at a denist I ever had.6 teeth out, 1 tooth filled. 5 needles and hardly felt a twinge.They were so good and so gentle! Would recommend them to anyone that fear seeing the dentist as I did!These guys will be my go to from now on!Great job guys!

For a small country town we have a first class dental facility in Walloon Dental Surgery. Excellent service, really lovely, experienced dentists and dental nurses. Highly recommend them.
